Information

Mental health is a difficult topic, and the purpose of this site is to open up that conversation. While it may be difficult to share your feelings with those close to you, our resources are confidential and are always accessible. Whether you’re experiencing a crisis or simply need someone to talk to, our site highlights a variety of hotlines (emergency/ crisis) and warmlines (non emergency) to support you. You are not alone.

Resources aren't lacking, but are typically a little complicated to find especially for countries outside the United States. This site aims to remove that barrier, and gives you resources directly based on where you are located. When you visit the resources page, the site uses your IP to see your state and country (WE DO NOT STORE THIS DATA.), and show information based on your location. Additionally, you can look up states (limited to the US) and countries through the search bar.
